The policy: These are our delivery Terms and Conditions. We aim to offer a second-to-none shopping experience at Gee Dee Models limited but we need to make you aware of our delivery terms, conditions and information.

Packaging
All goods ordered online are packaged in strong protective packaging. Orders which are not classified specifically as gifts may be packaged in recycled material taken from our own deliveries. We use this method to help reduce our carbon footprint and recycle packaging that comes through our premises.

Delivery Address Information
Please ensure all addresses are accurate and include postal town and postal code, together with the recipient’s telephone number. Inaccurate addresses will incur extra delivery charge to yourself and inevitable delay. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.

Absent Recipient upon Delivery
Should the recipient be absent when our courier attempts delivery and no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be posted through the letterbox advising the recipient that a delivery has been attempted and inviting them to telephone our courier to arrange either:

1 A collection from the nearest depot, which is available the working day after the card was left
2 Re-delivery to the original address during normal working hours.

Any parcels not delivered or collected within five working days will be automatically returned to Gee Dee Models Limited. A charge of £15 inc VAT is made for re-delivery to the original or alternative address. A charge will also be made for any items which become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.

Our guarantee is limited to delivering to the building, not individual recipients.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 working days to most UK mainland postcodes. Delivery pricing is based upon the size and weight of your goods at Royal Mail prices in force at the present time; so you only pay for your own parcel and do not subsidise another heavier one.

Please note – deliveries over the Christmas period is subject to different conditions, where the Christmas delivery schedule applies.

Orders placed ‘Out of Hours’
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00hrs (noon) GMT will be shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (at the earliest)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday (at the earliest).

Collection
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service, unless by prior arrangement. Please contact us for further information regarding the collection of goods.
